自與漢光教育基金會合作「木蘭」後，李竺芯再度以自己的現代角度，大量引用古典詩詞，融合音樂路上的養分：10歲學唱歌之後巧遇的台語古調與70-90年代的華日台語歌曲；大學時接觸的電影配樂；畢業後工作時接觸的電子、搖滾、世界音樂等曲風；移居花蓮後接觸的哲學、禪學、新世紀知識與自然環境，集結成這張聆聽感豐富親切，所言又深刻的專輯。
＃金獎鬼才加持，打造閃亮溫暖「稍早派」
李竺芯一開始就將整張專輯的Demo，連同詞、曲、編曲、和聲一起完整打包送給柯智豪，讓柯智豪苦惱著如何切入，第一次聽見這些歌曲的他形容自己好像跟竺芯在一座山頭，怎麼開路都可以，但該怎麼走出一條盡是美景的路？他發現竺芯雖然年輕，這些歌曲卻都有著一點「老靈魂」，於是為她創了「稍早派」這個名詞，利用一些經典音色、新創卻藏著復古元素的律動，讓整張專輯既有流行感又讓人感覺「稍早一些」，例如以詩經「蒹葭」入歌的《好個等待》彷彿從現代瞥見歐陽菲菲的揚動髮型，引用李商隱詩句的《傷癮》是融合了Bossa Nova與Trap的霓虹燈，以閩南語讀書音演唱的《將進酒》結合北管與搖滾，將台灣傳統古調變成6/8拍Shuffle Rock，而柯智豪在為竺芯畫龍點睛的過程中也不忘深入挖掘她療癒人心的一面，以古典吉他純粹伴奏，譜出黃韻玲都真心推薦的《遠行》
＃各領域才華合作，最瘋女聲無極限
柯智豪邀請五月天演唱會御用管樂團-哈管幫幫主吳智暉編曲，與創作全才又仁一起合唱同名主打歌《和昨日說再見》充滿少女感的編曲配上色彩繽紛卻探討死亡的MV，翻轉傳統生死觀，讓道別也能成為快樂的事。
電子樂先驅音速死馬(鄭各均)，搭配心靈藝術家謐音‧境(Lucius)，以Trip Hop曲風配上頌缽梵唱，成為超度過往戀情的《一路好走》

Siri Lee once sang "MuLan" with a husky voice, creating a total of 5 million views on the Internet and the funny song “Who Stole My Eraser " with a very different style is also from her hand, which gathers talents and madness, trends and traditions. She has recorded music publications since the age of 11, and this time she strongly invites Blaire Ko as the producer, a genius who spans various fields of music, film & television, theater and game technology, finally released the debut album of her own compositions “Say Good-bye to Yesterday ".
After "Mulan", she once again used her own modern perspective and quoted a lot of classical poetry to integrate the nutrients in the musical field. After learning to sing at the age of 10, she just get a lot of exposure to the ancient Taiwanese tunes and Chinese, Japanese & Taiwanese songs from the 70s to 90s; To learn and accumulate more experience of movie soundtrack; After graduation, she immerses herself in electronic, rock, world music and other genres while working; After she moved to Hualien, to involve with philosophy, Zen, knowledge of the new century and the natural environment, which contributed to this album with a rich, cordial and profound listening experience.
# With the blessing of Blaire Ko to create glow, sparkling and warm Shāozǎo faction (slightly old school)
From the beginning, Siri Lee packaged the demo of the entire album, together with the lyrics, music, arrangement, and harmony, and sent these to Blaire Ko, which made him worry about how to get in. When he heard these songs for the first time, he described himself as if he was on the top of a mountain with Siri Lee, it 'll definitely be plain sailing but how could he take a road full of beautiful scenery?
He discovered that although Siri Lee is young, these songs have a sense of "old soul", so he coined the term " Shāozǎo faction " for her, using some classic timbre, newly created rhythm with retro elements to make the whole album which has a sense of popularity and a bit old school. For example, using "The Reed" in the Book of Songs into "What a Wait" seems to catch a glimpse of Ouyang Feifei’s dynamic hairstyle from modern times, and " Hurtaholic" quoting Li Shangyin’s poem is just like a neon light that combines Bossa Nova and Trap. " Make a Toast" perform by using reading tone in Hokkien dialect, combining Beiguan and rock n’ roll to turn traditional Taiwanese tunes into Shuffle Rock in 6/8 time. In the process of making records for Siri Lee, Blaire Ko did not forget to dig deeper into her healing side, purely accompaniment with classical guitar, composing the song "Journey" that Kay Huang (黃韻玲) strongly recommended.

Blaire Ko invited the MayDay concert symphony orchestra, the head of Hottubegang (哈管幫)-Wu Zhihui arranged to sing the title track "Say Good-bye to Yesterday" with creative all-round talent Youjen Tu that is full of girly arrangements with colorful; However, the MV that explores death, flips the traditional view of life and death, and makes goodbye to be a happy thing.
