現在取得情色如此容易，但是古早時代的人們如何排解呢？當想聽點色色的，眾人就聚在小房間裡，湊足錢，關上窗戶，請唸歌仙來唱這些特殊的故事。這些文本埋藏著取之不盡的情色亮點，就是解渴良方。在傳統故事之外，唸歌還有這樣散發著異色光彩的趣味作品，娛樂著許多世代的台灣人，解除那封閉社會的苦悶。在碩果僅存的唸歌國寶楊秀卿帶領下，我們終於發掘了古早庶民的小秘密。
 
本專輯收錄三首情色版唸歌。一是眾所周知的梁山伯與祝英台，在唸歌中流傳已久，〈三伯英台遊西湖〉就有45本，是十分經典的曲目。在楊秀卿的演繹之中，更添一層趣味。〈姨仔配姊夫〉（探親結緣）為邱清壽所著，情色情節猶如武俠小說，給予極大想像空間。〈鯉魚精〉為製作人柯智豪所寫的全新情色短篇，由楊秀卿老師再次示範即興改編功力，世代合作，實屬珍貴。

鯉魚吃下唐僧肉竟得人形，卻成半少女半阿婆之身。幸好巧遇鱉仙來幫通氣血，鱉仙會怎麼做呢？

Listen to how Chu Yin-Tai of the Butterfly Lovers sets up a trap; how a sister-in-law gets entangled in a forbidden love affair; and how a koi nymph falls into a reverie. Erotica from the olden days performed in Taiwanese by national treasure, Yang Show-King, as she takes us through three chapters in history with three erotic stories.

▌About the Album 

Most people today may still shy away from erotic materials when in public, but erotica is, nonetheless, not that hard to come by in today’s society. However, in the past, if people were in the mood for something that’s a bit more titillating, they would have to pull together some money, gather in a small room with all the windows closed, and hire a liam-koa performer to come and sing some tales with racy details. Aside from traditional folk legends and stories that focus on ethics, filial piety, and virtue, liam-koa became a way for amusing, erotic stories to be told and has since entertained Taiwanese people for several generations. 
 
The popular story, The Butterfly Lovers, featuring the characters Liang Shan-Bo & Chu Yin-Tai has an extensive history of being performed in the style of liam-koa, and there are 45 known renditions of the iconic song, “Liang Shan-Bo & Chu Yin-Tai’s West Lake Excursion.” Yang Show-King’s interpretation of this piece gives it an interesting and spectacular twist. “Sister-in-Law and Brother-in-Law (Love Connection with a Relative)” is a piece created by Chiu Ching-Shou. Similar to martial arts novels, the erotic plots leave ample of space for the audience’s imagination. “Koi Nymph”, on the other hand, is a new erotic short piece written by the album’s producer, Blaire Ko. In this performance, Yang Show-King once again showcases her exceptional ability for improvisation and adaptation, making it a rare and treasured cross-generational collaboration.  

▌About the Songs

Liang Shan-Bo, who is as straight as an arrow, has been classmates with Chu Yin-Tai for many years. They go on an excursion to the West Lake, and although Yin-Tai has been dropping many subtle and also obvious hints about herself, Shan-Bo just doesn’t seem to get it. Frustrated, Yin-Tai decides to bare it all and be as blunt as possible, hoping to seize the opportunity to give Shan-Bo a much-needed lesson on sex ed.

While visiting his sister-in-law, brother-in-law couldn’t help but to spark a love connection with her! And what do you know, some chemistry has long been brewing between the two, and one thing led to another, a savage monk is getting it on with a nun! The two get in position and go at it. Sparks fly and smoke flares, and if you want to know what happens next with these two, you will have to listen to the song!

Some people say that the poop of young girls is pink in color, but did you know that the fecal matter of the Tang Monk is delectably aromatic! The koi gobbled some up and now has a pair of beautiful, young and feminine legs but the upper body of a saggy granny. Feeling embarrassed and helpless, the koi encounters the Tortoise God, and he volunteers to help. The next thing we see is his neck is stretched and sticking out…
